Artist Statement

Born on Oahu, Hawai’i, June 8, 1968

I am a multi ethnic Native Hawaiian based in Honolulu, Hawai’i. self-taught with a broad discipline, I consider myself a visual artist seeking to discover and express beauty in all things.

Working with simplicity is the preferred challenge. The art of compelling the visceral for conceptual nuance is a process more important to me than technique. I’m more interested in what’s not expressed.
