Eric LeBuse is an award-winning Oahu woodturner, specializing in exotic Hawaiian woods.
A sculptor of wood, Eric takes inspiration from his father who was a professional sculptor. Eric is an active member of the Honolulu Woodturners Association. He also performs demonstrations in throughout the year, as well as mentors emerging woodturners. He not only shares his but his knowledge also.
His work includes natural-edge pieces, traditional wooden bowls and other pieces that serve to honor native Hawaiian tradition. He also has many dynamic pieces with abstact shaped and carved feet.
